In its inaugural year, Mouthwater Festival is a Disabled dance festival running from SEP 23 – OCT 13, 2024. It will feature 26 events over 21 days with meals, movement workshops, parties, artist socials and performances.
Disabled artists from all over the country alongside those based in Seattle will share their work, develop their practices, and foster cross-disability solidarity. Curated by Vanessa Hernández Cruz, India Harville, Kayla Hamilton, Mx. Pucks A’Plenty and Saira Barbaric, Mouthwater Festival will be inviting artists and having open calls to gather creatives and supporters to make this festival possible.
